Youth & Teen Support

A Safe Space to Figure Things Out, Without the Pressure

Growing up is complicated enough. Sometimes you just need someone to talk to who isn't a parent, a teacher, or a friend—just someone who will actually listen.

    Why Talk to a Counsellor?

Being a teenager or young adult right now is incredibly demanding. Between school pressures, social media, figuring out who you are, and thinking about the future, it's completely normal to feel overwhelmed, anxious, or just "off."

Often, young people don't want to talk to their parents because they don't want to worry them, or they feel like they'll just get a lecture. They might not want to talk to friends because of drama or judgement.

That's where I come in. I provide a completely confidential, neutral space. My job isn't to tell you what to do, judge your choices, or give you homework. My job is to help you untangle what's going on in your head so you can feel more in control of your life.
