About Brian
Dedicated to providing a safe, non-judgemental space for healing and growth in central Christchurch.
Hi, I'm Brian.
I've spent the last 20+ years doing the thing I care about most, being there for people when things get hard.
With over 20 years of experience supporting individuals across Christchurch through life's most challenging moments, my approach is grounded in empathy, respect, and practical strategies.
I believe that everyone has the capacity for growth and healing when provided with the right environment. My goal is to create a safe, non-judgemental space where you can explore your thoughts and feelings openly.
Whether we're untangling complex trauma, finding ways to manage daily anxiety, or navigating a difficult life transition, we'll work collaboratively at a pace that feels comfortable for you.
My therapeutic approach draws from evidence-based practices including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), mindfulness techniques, and trauma-informed care. I tailor my methods to suit each individual, recognizing that there is no "one size fits all" when it comes to mental health.
